1:1 Movement Coaching
THE SERENITY STRENGTH METHOD
Combining exercise science with your body’s unique needs, these sessions support your health goals through a holistic and nervous system–informed lens — helping you reconnect with your body’s vitality, strength, and serenity.
Together, we create an embodied wellness practice rooted in intentional movement, nervous system awareness, and sustainable support rather than pressure or self-override.
This is self-return through movement.
Sessions may include functional strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga-based mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation tools, and embodied movement practices tailored to your individual needs and goals.
• Movement practices may be used with or without weights and equipment

1:1 Embodiment & Nervous System Coaching
A deeper exploration of the patterns shaping your relationship to movement, stress, rest, self-trust, and wellbeing.
Together, we explore the ways patterns of pressure, perfectionism, disconnection, over-efforting, hypervigilance, collapse, or self-abandonment may be influencing your relationship to movement and daily life.
This work integrates nervous system education, somatic awareness, embodied practices, breathwork, reflective inquiry, and individualized support to help cultivate greater regulation, resilience, self-understanding, and connection.
Rather than pushing through or overriding the body, this work supports learning how to listen, respond, and build trust within yourself more deeply.
Sessions can be embodiment-focused, movement-focused, or an integration of both depending on your needs and goals.
